香港科技大學(科大)今早於校園舉行升旗典禮,慶祝中華人民共和國成立七十五周年。外交部駐香港特別行政區特派員公署政策研究室副主任包海斌參贊、科大副監督陳祖澤博士、校董會副主席楊佳錩教授、顧問委員會主席廖長城博士,以及其他大學高層管理人員作主禮嘉賓,並由香港輔助警察隊(香港輔警)會操及升旗隊負責莊嚴而隆重的升旗儀式,隊員當中大部分為在讀科大學生及畢業生。
