香港科技大學（科大）昨日橫空出現一所城寨士多，沒有「龍捲風」也並非「三不管地帶」，卻雲集了科大來自17個國家及地區同學的創意和熱情，在香港七、八十年代的城寨佈景下，交流各方家鄉的獨特文化與集體回憶。

The Government announced today (March 20) the list of the first batch of low-altitude economy (LAE) Regulatory Sandbox pilot projects, which will be rolled out progressively, to enable members of the public to "see and feel" the tangible benefits of the LAE.

香港科技大學（科大）今早於校園舉行升旗典禮，慶祝中華人民共和國成立七十五周年。外交部駐香港特別行政區特派員公署政策研究室副主任包海斌參贊、科大副監督陳祖澤博士、校董會副主席楊佳錩教授、顧問委員會主席廖長城博士，以及其他大學高層管理人員作主禮嘉賓，並由香港輔助警察隊（香港輔警）會操及升旗隊負責莊嚴而隆重的升旗儀式，隊員當中大部分為在讀科大學生及畢業生。

為慶祝香港回歸祖國二十七周年，香港科技大學（科大）今早於校園舉行升旗儀式，近二百名嘉賓冒雨觀禮，包括中華人民共和國外交部駐港特派員公署一等秘書周武先生、科大副監督陳祖澤博士、校董會主席沈向洋教授、顧問委員會主席廖長城博士與榮譽主席羅康瑞博士、校長葉玉如教授、校董會副主席楊佳錩教授、司庫姚建華先生，以及其他科大校董會和顧問委員會成員、高層管理人員、師生、校友、教職員及其家屬等。另外，逾3,700名觀眾於網上收看直播。是次典禮繼續由香港輔助警察隊會操及升旗隊負責，並首度由輔警樂隊作即場演奏。升旗儀式過後，一眾來賓一同頌唱科大校歌，凝聚大學社群，並祝願香港於祖國的支持下繼續繁榮昌盛。
