The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) hosted the welcoming reception for the Times Higher Education (THE) Asia Universities Summit 2023 on June 20, brought together over 100 leaders from 50 universities across 15 countries.
The reception provided an invaluable opportunity for the great minds in global higher education to connect and exchange ideas. It also showcased exceptional talents and cutting-edge products developed by HKUST members, highlighting the community's creativity and innovation to a broad audience. Local startups founded by HKUST alumni, including Germagic, sensory ZERO and XOXO Beverages also contributed to the success of the event.
This networking session sparked new opportunities and rekindled collaborations, furthering our mission to make a positive impact on the world. HKUST remains committed to building close ties with partners worldwide to collectively advance higher education.
