The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) and HSBC today signed a framework agreement on a strategic partnership to accelerate innovation and talent development in artificial intelligence, emerging technologies and financial services through HSBC's newly established AI & Emerging Technology Institute.
在2026香港金融科技周開幕式上，度小滿與香港科技大學（科大）、香港生成式人工智慧研發中心（HKGAI）聯合發佈軒轅4.5金融增強大模型。軒轅4.5基於RSI技術在獲客、風控、客戶經營等核心金融場景中實現效果提升30%，成本僅為通用模型的10%。
度小滿CEO朱光表示：「科大和HKGAI在人工智慧、電腦科學和多學科交叉研究方面積累深厚，與度小滿長期積累的金融業務經驗、真實應用場景和工程能力形成互補，三方聯合推動AI在金融領域的深度應用，助力香港金融行業的智慧化升級。香港是度小滿集團的國際化總部，我們還將與港科大持續深化科研合作，攜手HKGAI開拓國際市場。」
科大首席副校長郭毅可表示：「科大一直致力於讓前沿 AI 研究走向真實產業場景。與度小滿聯合發佈的軒轅 4.5 金融大模型，是行業首個自進化金融增強大模型。我們期待軒轅 4.5 在香港的落地，進一步提升香港作為國際金融中心的競爭力。」

The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) and The Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) today (2 November) launched the Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) Toolkit (Toolkit), with support from industry participants. The Toolkit sets out a structured and comprehensive framework to guide banks in planning and advancing their PQC transition journeys.
