HKUST Council Advisory Group Holds Inaugural Meeting to Steer Vision for Hong Kong’s Third Medical School
Medical experts from around the world bridged the gap from four different time zones and gathered before midnight for the inaugural meeting to help advance The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST)’s goal of establishing a third medical school in Hong Kong, an important initiative outlined in the recent Policy Address of Chief Executive of HKSAR.

Prof. Nancy IP, President of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), warmly welcomes the "Development Outline for the Hong Kong Park of the Hetao Shenzhen-Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Co-operation Zone" (the Outline), announced by the HKSAR Government today. Top Medical Experts and Scholars to Guide HKUST Council on the Third Medical School Development
The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) announced today the formation of a Council Advisory Group (CAG) to offer professional and strategic advice to the University’s Council for its aspiration to establish Hong Kong’s third medical school. The CAG will be chaired by Dr. the Hon. LEONG Che-Hung, a highly respected leader in medicine, public health and education.
