President Chan said, “The establishment of a formal relationship with the Kuwaiti Ministry of Higher Education is a significant step in HKUST’s outreach to the Arab world, particularly in the field of scientific education and research. We look forward to a mutually beneficial and growing relationship with the educational authorities and institutions in Kuwait in the years to come.”
